Being sucked into the mushroom kingdom, stopping a evil ghost from taking over the world with darkness, stopping bowser and all his children, going into space to save Peach, stopping a evil witch from taking over the world, stopping aliens from taking over the world while causing a time paradox, saving the mushroom kingdom countless times, and has been fighting bowser longer.

Sonic is really busy once he rest Eggman is at it again. Mario has time to rest but Sonic just saves people many many times during the day. Barely and free time but he has a blast! Mario is a lazy plumber!

@flaper41 Charles Martinet explained it before. They glue some sensors to his body, and he's off in another room where there's a screen showing everyone looking at the Mario screen. With those sensors on him, every move he makes, Mario makes.
