I remember those years too.... we got cable with the first "remote" which was a box full of buttons and a long wire in 1974. I thought it was so modern and innovative against our 1965 TV!
Do you have a clip of a girl & her friend Colleen, who lived in Arizona? Near the end they went to play in the river, & I remember the line, "It takes (quite?) a while to get dry. - Then Colleen goes home for supper."
I guess Casey can't really sing!
