@RaigekiFeatherDuster 1. Everything in the .cns is in Japanese. Used another char to reference what it meant. I couldn't find the Starstorm, and he ended up coming out a midget.

2. He always uses it as soon as he hits 3 bars. I've rarely seen him not use it at 3 bars.

3. His attacks are also a pain in the ass range and speed-wise. Some of his normal moves also act like projectiles, meaning you can't hit him when he does them: Yo-Yo, his aerial PK attack, etc.

Ok, I have downloaded this, and the character isn't as cheap as you might think. I have fought and played much cheeper characters. Such as the Overpowered Master Hand, GHOST, Omega Zero, Giygas, ect. But I won't try changing your mind.

An okay character creater wise? I think it's amazing that the creator was able to put in the exact moves ness has in smash bros. But to make it fair it needs to take some massive damage scaling on it's attacks, especially those low kicks that chain together for 20% damage, that's just annoying. That PK star storm needs to become blockable and maybe even make Ness volunerable during start up to force Ness players to activate at the end of an air juggle.

@Pokechao I suppose you're right. Still this Ness does have the occasional unfair juggle and becomes invincible during his final smash, which is still fairly cheap, so it could use a bit of a fix there.

It's a simple and straightforward game, and can be a lot of fun in brief stints, but there are better fighting games out there than Smash Bros. @trongtuan60 Actually, yes, but it's hit-and-miss, depending on what mood her AI is in.

This Ness also has (sadly) cheap moves, by typical fighting game standards. He does not fit into a "health bar" fighter.

Also, The character is cheap as its next to impossible to hit when its attacking (and with the AI, that is more than 80% of the time) and the AI just loves to abuse the crap out of its cheapness. lol

Ness did not use any PSI. Your char are the chicken. And the player, too.

I always use Ness when I play ssb and ssbb. Mugen I use the orginal Ness of Earthbound.

I prefer Lucas, but Ness will always be classic.

The problem mostly is that when he gets 3 bars, he'll use his final smash almost instantly, and there is nothing you can do about it. The fact that it's a one-hit KO makes it even more unfair.

He also has a bit of an unfair reach, (key word: Yo-yo) and almost all his moves knock you back or into the air; additionally, he can do WAY too much damage when juggling. I swear on several occasions fighting him, I was completely helpless as he beat the crap out of me in the air.

I don't recommend keeping him if you like playing as characters from games like street fighter, melty blood, etc...it;s pretty much a fair fight only if you are a smash bros character or a cheap character.

I would recommend toning down his final smash, although it may not help much since he can start moving before his final smash actually ends, meaning that while you're trying to avoid or block the starstorm, he can run right up to you and kick your ass. If you try to counter-attack, you get hit by the starstorm; if you try to block, you get hit anyways. It's just absurd.
