@Viramu Just let them hate and be ignorant. They dance like the Tahitians did ages ago. Yes they may be "authentic" in the way they dance, since it seems that their hura hasn't changed much, but at least Ori has evolved, and new moves are invented and the dance has been structured. That's what culture is all about, sharing, and past on what's been taught but at the same time, evolve with the time, and be able to appreciate both the old and the new!

@viriamu try and listen to the tahitian drum beats..some of them are so hollow compare to those of cook islands...iv been watching some of the tahitian dance and what struck me is that some of the dance groups still use 44 gallons tin cans and not pates....if im wrong then try listening to some on youtube videos if you have time to scan throught all of them .....very tipical if i must say....i would also like you to post a movie of yourself doing a tahitian dance...

@NaturalBornHustlar i dance both tahitian and cookisland, but im of cookisland blood... the dances are both very different. and in saying that, cookisland people swag very different to tahitian people. tahitian dancing is meant to be fast and furious! No elegance needed! - where as the cookisland dancing is beautiful fast and elegant. they're both beautiful dances and both need staminar. Who are you to judge anothers culture?
