They say wild hogs are devastating the crops in Texas. Can someone tell me why land owners charge people couple hundreds dollars to hunt wild hogs? They should pay the people who goes. LOL.
Great shooting! I do understand that hogs maybe considered pest... But a real hunter knows you don't kill any babies, and baiting from a feeder aint hunting.
this was a good video, this just shows you how greedy and overpopulated they are. theres 2 dead pigs laying on the ground and 2 more come back and start eating around the dead ones not even realizing that thats how they are gonna be in 2 seconds. keep pylin em up!
@oggosun your stupid there are so many hogs that it doesn't matter if you were to even shoot them in the ass...he had great shots and killed all 4 instantly
@Oggosun It is common parlance to call it hunting, but it isn't. It is exterminating an invasive highly destructive pest. Shame on you for not taking the trouble to educate yourself about the issue before commenting. It is protecting our crops, and our ecosystem. People who get upset about killing feral pigs don't seem to understand that they do tremendous agricultural damage, kill ground dwelling egg layers (bird nests, alligator, and sea turtle nests), & cause water pollution
@HrMattila "Feeding animals and then shooting them down ?.. is that hunting / sport ? What a weak moral you have"... dear IDIOT, the feeder was for the deer, not the hogs. The hogs invaded. Now, since you're an IDIOT, ranches all over have management programs that provide feed for deer. Depending on the operations, some REQUIRE you to feed them, and REQUIRE you to thin the heard to a sustainable level. Go read more and come back!
Great shooting sir! Too bad the rest of the pack got away. Two guys with little M-4's (25 round mags) should be able to snuff out the whole pack next time-
You idiots don't understand that these hogs are considered pests are habitat destroying. don't watch these vids if you don't like hunting. Simple as that. now go and eat your bacon
@miamicane4321 you're an asshole, people like you will exterminate the last wild animal, and say that" THEY are to blame", NOT YOUR SORRY ASS that went on their territory to massacre them for your entertainment.

What knowledge do you have of what happened to the pigs after they were shot? Do you understand that all the meat you eat was once alive and was KILLED? Is that playing???
love it. nice job. the wild pig I've eaten has always been pretty lean. great hams, pork chops, straps etc but no bacon or ribs to speak of because they're so lean. in my experience, once they get over about 130lbs they start to taste pretty crappy so all the large pigs I kill are turned into sausage. if I want good hams, I shoot a 70-90 pounder.
@suvattii Pig is pig, if there's any taste difference at all, it's a lack of a chemical taste because the wild hogs aren't eating feed with tons of hormones or chemicals in it, their meat is actually cleaner than factory farmed meat.
Just a message to the ginormous pussy who's thumbing down all the truth and the Pro-Hunting messages, grow a fucking spine, PETA lied to you, the Democrats lied to you, there's not a damn thing wrong with hunting or guns.
Wild hogs are environmentally dangerous, in Texas alone they've caused over $400 Million Dollars in crop damages, leaving them alive is STUPID.
Just one hog pair turns into 1000 in 5 years, and those 1000 have 1000 of their own, that's 1 MILLION from just a pair.
Here's a little FYI to all the crybaby liberals who dislike hunting...
Your flagship organization known as PETA has NEVER contributed a single penny to animal conservation in their entire existence, they even try to get out of paying taxes by declaring themselves "non-profit".
Hunters on the other hand contribute to animal and land conservation every single time they buy a gun or ammo, the Pittman-Robertson Act made it law in 1937.
Hunting alone generates $50 Billion a year for the economy.
They're terrible for the environment, an introduced species etc regardless that was sick, both shots were instant kills on the four pigs. Props man, bullets arent cheap
@r0d1tub2 The hog populations are out of control and you expect people to wait till they are of breeding age to shoot them. There's a reason feral pigs are the #1 pest in the US and why its open season on them year round.
@SigCrash They breed at 7 months, every hog in that group was breeding age.
These animal rights pansies just get their panties in a bunch for "cute things".
What these PETA loving morons fail to realize is that PETA doesn't actually DO anything to conserve animals, they don't contribute a single penny towards any conservation efforts.
Hunters & Shooters on the other hand do that every time they buy a gun or ammo, 10% of every sale by law goes towards conservation.
@STEVEGET That would depend on if there's anything wrong in the local environment, otherwise they're usually safe to eat as long as the kill is processed correctly.
Tell your dad's friend doesn't he knows anything about responsible hunting he shoudn't have shot the piglets he's a nothing less than a disgrace on this earth. on the two adult pigs i have to admitte that was bad @ss double head shot kill.
@r0d1tub2 If they're more than 7 months old, they're no longer "piglets", they can BREED at that age, which is why the populations are EXPLODING all across the USA and why they're considered Open Season all year long.
releasing these pigs into the wild just to kill them is retarded but killing them because they cause damage to the local ecosystem and people is ok imo.
You fkn red neaks need to set ip feed stands ya too fat from all the mcdonalds ya cant go in the woods and make it fair??? is that even leagal??? I know in canada it is illeagal to bait.
@BULLOCK1973 Red neak? Do they teach people how to spell in Canada? Eh?. Wild hogs are feral animals. They can be taken by any means necesary. They carry diseases, compete with natural wildlife, and damage farmland. Stupid Canadian.
GREAT SHOOTING, but there are so many more & reproducing faster than you can reload. You have to kill the babies to possibly slow them down. Put the small ones on my grill...
@DaSaVaGe808 It doesn't matter how old a pig is, a pig is a pig. They're ALL pests. The younger pigs are just as big of a problem as the older pigs. Basically what you said in your comment is: If you had an adult rat in your house, you would kill it, but if it was a baby, you would let it stay in your house? Yeah, cause that makes sense, right? Not many things piss me off, but out of the things that do, people like you are #1 on the list.
@DaSaVaGe808 Once a wild hog reaches 7 to 8 months old, they're not "babies" anymore, they're capable of breeding at that age.
In just 5 years just ONE sow can spawn 1000 more wild hogs, with 4 to 6 piglets in each breeding cycle.
That's why the populations have EXPLODED to habitat-destroying levels, and that's why land owners do NOT need any kind of permit to hunt them, and they can be hunted all year long.
They're considered pests and need to be controlled, especially at young ages.
alright look everybody stop asking what gun, why, how, and all this shit. read the frigging description, i said my dad's friends were hunting, not me! i appreciate all the views but not the arguing and comments about me.
@southwriter Hogs are very destructive animals that are not native to america. They were introduced centuries ago by explorers, their populations have gotten out of control. They ruin crops, destroy habitat, and eat native animals. If you eat meat you really can't critisize hunting. Its better the animal gets to enjoy the wild than born into the meat market where they are raised in horrendous conditions and slowly slaughtered in a brutal manner.
@southwriter It was cool of you to be receptive to my different opinion. Also, about baiting in a field. I'm no expert on hunting, but I think the legality of baiting depends on the state you are in, and what animal you are hunting. Since boars/hogs/feral pigs are a non native invasive species most states don't regulate the hunting of them and you can pretty much hunt them whenever you like. I don't know about deer, but I have heard of people hunting deer with bait as well.

Yeah, nothing like killing a defenseless animal that is doing nothing but eating. By the way, isn't it illegal to bait a field?

@southwriter ......well your not a hunter so we ain't telling ya shit ,, go eat a salad

@StewartLucrative OK, I understand.
