Frank Mir said he was a solid 265. He isn't getting it. Carwin was solid at 265 because he is literally bigger and has more muscle mass, and he's cutting down from around 280 just to make it. When Carwin gets back in the ring, he's around 280-285, while Mir doesn't really change in weight much. If Mir wants to be THAT BIG, he needs to to a lot more weight training, and build real solid muscle for about 6 months. He needs to get up to about 280-290 to truly be as big as a Shane Carwin.
