Protip: If or when you ever get busted, turn off your PS2 or whatever you're playing it on. If you shut it down before it goes to the cutscene, it won't save any data. It will remove all the bounty and milestones you got in that chase, but it will save you from getting an impound strike. I do it all the time, and TRUST ME. I get busted ALOT, so it really helps.
