I used to come back from track practice in Higashi-Shiogama, along the road you see ... the new development in the beginning and end- those we houses 20 years ago, small favours, eh? Death toll could have been higher had it stil been a residential area ... still feel like I've lost my hometown, though
Thanks for commenting. I expect it doesn't take much time to rebuilt Shiogama city. Because I watched some residents of the city worked voluntarily to put away trash and mud and arranged them systematically and the restoration of roads were carried on here and there, they seem to prefer working to being disappointed. And I haven't seen large building collapse but it maybe because there wasn't large building originally.
