I'm not sure where you live but here in Australia they can cost up to $7000, just for the bird, then you have to buy everything for it lol... huge cage because their tails are super long.... fresh fruits every day, all the toys ect lol. He must be a great companion though. He's beautiful!

Giligan you are a very beautiful bird and I can tell that you are well loved. I was supposed to get a macaw just like you, but the bird rescue talked me into a Congo African Grey who had been mistreated. I love him though. He is learning not to be afraid and talks up a storm.
