fiddling around with my friend's jazz, does the chest not lock in place in any way? Just bothers me how it comes up so easily like that once transformed.
@Shin27ecstasy I at first had a huge problem with that but I recommend pushing his back kibble/roof up so that it sits in between two little indentations on his back. These indentations are directly behind his shoulder wheels and are right beside the hinge of his car doors, it locks his chest in a little. It's quite hard to describe what I'm talking about but It works on mine

You don't need to file it that would make it worse cause that door won't close at all. You need to push the top part of that door windshield unto the roof so it stays closed. Don't forget to push on to the door where the peg below holds on to that hole below while you are pushing the top whindshield lightly in.

I'm very pleased with this Jazz, I got him today. I enjoy his transformation, but his legs were a source of great frustration for a while, because the white plastic bits that collapse into the leg armor (the spoiler segments are attached to these bits) would not collapse into the leg and instead were stuck in their place. I had to force them inward before the leg would fold open, which took a great deal of force and I was terribly worried I'd break him. Besides that, no complaints. I love Jazz.

it's interesting that jazz is slightly taller than the standard deluxe, since he's prime's second in command. since prime was a voyager, and most of the other figures in the main line are deluxes, have jazz slightly taller really brings out that he's optimus' right hand bot
The tail lights are unpainted. Is this the final version? If it is, would you consider adding paint apps to the rear of the car jut for a better look?

Sometimes you got to do it repeatedly for the doors to close. Also make sure the arms don't get in the way when closing the doors.
