all r23's are awd, the 2wd's are just Golfs. u can make a R23 2wd just by pulling a fuse , and with audis aslo , by only doing pulls in 2wd on a dyno , you will get a more accurate reading of the Numbers.

nice 1! I'm going to but r32 2011 stock model. what modifications can I make to improve acceleration and control of the car in general? I don't want it to be very expensive though. am student.

@TheMrbase I heard of that you can turn off 4wd on the R32 removing a fuse or something, but i'm not sure..

Yes you remove fuse 31 and it will run in 2wd mode only.

@cpotti23 your the closest one to a correct answer. Haldex does not dyno properly in some cases compared to other awd cars so by unplugging the haldex controller underneath the car you can make it awd..
