proactiv does not work at all! You will never cure your acne by washing your face and using topical treatments....don't be fooled.
Until you change your diet you will struggle with acne.
I cured my acne by following the "Acne Cured" program.
This is the only thing that ever worked for me, PERIOD.

@543564356 i am a healthy 14 year old guy, and it's not my diet that causes acne, it's genetics. all of my family struggled with acne, and i carried on that trait.

@pegs2311 it is also because my skin is very sensitive, so even the slightest contact with my face can cause a breakout.

I have very sensitive skin and i have very little acne left..but i have acne scars and i was thinking about taking Vitamin E with Selenium oraly every morning and at night rub vitamin E oil on my face do you think this would work??

if u can find a vitamin E moisturiser and use it every few days the scars will go in a few weeks( thats wot happend with me)
