Их единственный самолет с обратной стреловидностью крыла, Х-29, провел около 400 полетов, но все они так же с ограничениями скоростей и не превышая угла атаки 60градусов. СУ-47 летал и с большими углами. По сути пусть и с ограниченим максимальной скорости СУ-47 способен выполнять все фигуры высшего пилотажа. А вот Х-29 нет...

First of all the Raptor is already produced. Russia has a few years behind in just production alone. Second, Russian aircraft have failed dismally against US aircraft. This shows 2 things better equipment and training. By the time Russia fields this aircraft in force or numbers. It will already be at a disadvantage to Raptor, which will have been upgraded and modified with newer tech/mech/elec. That's even if one assumes the Russian plane will have better tech; wiki do not.

@Poleet1971 US fighters always won fights against russian planes, that's true, but consider it was always against 3rd world countries with bad equipment and usually USA had numerical vantage. Take 500 russian pilots on best T-50 vs 500 american pilots on F-35. That would be a real fight (and funny to watch).

@eag11e PESA radars are not "old style". Taking in mind todays performance of AESA, both of them (AESA and PESA) has their advantages and disadvantages. However, it is clear that future is for AESA. Further development will make AESA radars more capable and more economically efficient (see cheaper).
PAK FA will have 2 types of AESA radars. Main AESA x-band radar and 2 AESA L-band in wings. 2 more radars (not sure of their type) will be installed for 360degrees situational awareness.

@Lisalapka Материалы из которого сделан СУ-47 Американцам только снились. Их единственный самолет с обратной стреловидностью крыла, Х-29, провел около 400 полетов, но все они так же с ограничениями скоростей и не превышая угла атаки 60градусов. СУ-47 летал и с большими углами. По сути пусть и с ограниченим максимальной скорости СУ-47 способен выполнять все фигуры высшего пилотажа. А вот Х-29 нет...
