In 18yrs in the medical field I've never had a problem working with gay men.
Working with lesbians is a completley different experience however.
They think acting bossy, rude and overbearing is acting like a man, plus if you're working with a cute girl they will cut a man down? because they want to be the "alpha male."
Every lesbian I've ever worked with is threatened by straight men... worst thing ever spending 8 hours working with a lesbian.

You have to command respect but not this way. Do some research on Vietnam and what happened in similar instances during that time in a warzone. I am an OIF Vet, this would style of leadership would lead to a double tap.
