& may I add...awesome, down-to-earth, strikingly beautiful, gracious, charismatic, & we can go & on, attributes that gave her d title, "richest female athlete in d whole world". Maria has achieved a feat in such a short period of time. She peaked at a very young age, has faced tribulations as well, but over-all an achievement she will truly be proud of for d rest of her life. How long will it take before we can have another Grand Slam winner at age 17, or better still, will it ever happen again!
