  • chuck Norris breath did that. come on it was obvious

  • madness, where is the helicopter?

  • 16 people are trolls from Iraq.

  • looks like you could use some chocks.

  • No Black Cocks in Army Aviation........need to have an IQ

  • i thought he said "they're black cocks all over"

  • use chalk blocks like everyone else has to...

  • Can't beleive you don't chain them down

  • @SouthernCross33 You should probably read the uploaders comments before word vomiting where everyone can see.

  • @jaysk8er Vomiting??? I did read it and all it says is it got blown off. Well no kidding,so whats your reason for thinking you need to stick your 2 cents worth in,cockbreath?

  • @SouthernCross33 " So Taxi Ways do not have "Pad-Eyes" to tie/chain down the aircraft too." Quoted the important part for ya bud, because you are clearly having trouble understanding what we are talking about. Please, word vomit again.

  • @jaysk8er Yeah i see it but it is still ridiculous as this episode proved, imagine if their whole fleet blew away and was damaged, just for the sake of chaining them down? Smart you think? So i still hold to my first comment which you call vomit, which was Why don't they chain them down, comprehend? Dismissed

  • @SouthernCross33 Okay, lets do this barney style (don't get excited, its just an saying, no purple dinos for you). You cannot chain something down when nothing exists for it to be chained to. What would you suggest they tie them down to if NOTHING EXISTS. Fuck, this is not a hard concept. Shit happens, and some punk bitch armchair criticising is completely unnecessary. Lets not forget this is in the theater of war where some luxuries may have to be overlooked for a time to get the job done.

  • I figure the air force weather people would have told this unit about the impending storm and the commander would make the decision to make sure all the aircraft were pointed into the wind. Oh well. Maybe this guy can write a piece in flight fax.

  • tail wheel lockpin broke i got a few extra lol

  • Hey, when did "You Tube" begin on the internet? Feb. 2005. I didn't sign up, like most people till a couple years later when people started talking about it. Like all of my video's.

  • DID ANYONE ELSE NOTICE THIS VIDEO WAS UPLOADED 2 YEARS LATER

  • Damn, I wonder how much a towtruck costs in iraq.

  • @Gniddelrulez hes about half as high as the blackhawk, if you want a big heli go look at the Mi-26, that, is fucking huge

  • We parked our Helicopters on Taxi Ways leading from Hardened Bomb Proof Hangers to the Runway. So Taxi Ways do not have "Pad-Eyes" to tie/chain down the aircraft too. If I recall, the total amount of damage to the tail wheel was around $15,000. and that was to cover of the parts and inspections....

  • 12 terrorists watched this video.

  • the terrorists had too many baked beans and had a contest to see who could move the heli

  • American asks Russian: "How to take down Stealth plane"

    Russian: Ask a Serb. xD

  • @OrthodoxKnightErrant So fire randomly in the sky when there might be nothing there?

  • The damage is probably just a tail wheel lock pin, it doesnt look like theres any abvious problems other than that.

  • @TheCaptainRazor Considering there are no marks of the tail wheel dragging sideways on either the hard standing or the gravel, I doubt that the tail wheel lock pin was engaged.

  • At least we got to see the video of the "dead body"... I can believe that this helo is damaged. No body = no death.

  • Don't you tether aircraft down to the tarmac?

  • Lol I cant wait for AIT to start, 15T's All the way XDD

  • How much did this blunder cost the American tax payer?

  • Blackcocks everywhere!

  • Chocks in, Park brake set..... You know, push pedals, lift lever next to pilots collective, release pedals.

  • WE GOT A BLACK HAWK DOWN!

  • Oh gosh, how are they ever going to get that thing out of the ditch! lol

  • @rcbif101 Is that a serious question?

  • @hawktalisman - no, no it is not.

  • You can save15% in 15 minutes at Geko insurance :-)

  • i also got a dwi

  • Chuck Norris sneezed in front of it

  • whats the price of this f up.

  • Looks like bit of a leak!

  • Anyone notice the blood on the ground where the helo was?

  • @bcobalt224 more likely hydraulic fluid

  • I know exactly what happened... A woman got into it to try and steal it, but you know women suck at driving so there you go!

  • Helicopter Pilots were viewed by the Fixed Wing community as strange ducks, fiqured if they added wheels they move around on the TarMac like the big boys.....

  • @H60HAWK

we had a t/l/g strut go out while servicing, and im 6 1 and the stab was at my waist GAY, was she tied down or anything?

  • dont worry about it! The tax payers will just buy another one. PS, why does a helicopter need wheels anyway?

  • @wph1138 because it needs to land :p and also if over loaded they do rolling take offs :p

  • THAT WAS A TRANSFORMER

  • is he wearing two sets of wings?

  • @KALEIDOSCOPEN I think one set is for 'airborne ranger' not sure what the second one is, maybe flight crew? When I was in we had tear off patches on our flight suits on the left hand side, and rankings on the lapels. I'm not sure I like the centered rankings. It seems like that could be a little tough on the female soldiers.....

  • @KALEIDOSCOPEN looks like master wings right along with his aviation badge wings

  • You're and officer? or a Warrant Officer? You should introduce yourself next time. I'm not sure whether to call you sir or mister or not.

  • @PSNgregiskool Neither, he's a staff sgt/

  • @jlillie2 Oh. I don't know much about Army. I'm a squid.

  • @PSNgregiskool Ha, I know the feeling, my brother in-law was a master chief , I had to ask him what that was that was too. I guess it probably would have been a good idea to unify rankings for all of the services.

  • @jlillie2 Yeah.

  • Hawkwind!

  • Haha! The hellicopter wanted to explore! But hey this shows you the good old Black hawk can withstand this! And i agree with imapplhelper, Even the best things can be indangered in these places

  • ahh the good old black hawk, nothing is safe in these hars environment times.

  • Parking Attendant: You can't park your helicopter here.

Raoul Duke: Why not? Is this not a reasonable place to park my Black Hawk?

Parking Attendant: Reasonable? You're in a ditch! This is a ditch!

  • Was the tail wheel locked? or did it break the pin? Brakes not set?

  • "And wtf is this?"

    LMFAO ROFL AHHAHAHA

  • Wow! About 1400 pounds and the wind just blew it?

Now thats what I call amazing!

  • @luigida95 14,000 not 1,400

  • @ruhroh999

    Even worse!

  • Their going to land a blackhawk at our school at 5/24/10. It's going to to be cool.

  • @aahumada3915439154 That's yesterday... was it good?

  • Black cocks everywhere.... LOL

  • some how, the BLOCK COCK loll

  • Lol Sounds like he said "Black Cock".

  • It is best to start making helicopters to pick up crude. With three thousand barrels per day by being dumped in the sea you are playing war with the helicopter?

  • if a 14,000 lbs. aircraft got blown off the runray, i dont want to know what would happen to a man.

  • I would never hate one I was one for 10 years. It just happens that there isn't a FI or SI on every aircraft. That was my responsibility. It was also in the logbook as a - after flight checks. No hate just Soemthing that wouldn't have happened unless the chains broke or there where no tiedown provisions on the flightline.

  • handbrake next time! XD

  • i bet the terrorist created those winds to blow enemy helicopters from their parking spots XD

  • @xyrod LOL

  • fob stryker forward observation base?

  • Are there no anchor points in the flightline there so it could be chained down? Was it chocked? To me it sounds like a case of lazy crewchiefs! And Yes I am a 15T. Not an idiot I've just never been to camp stryker!

  • You're army is using it Jardick.

  • I feel sorry for the ground crew, having to pull it out, inspect and fix/replace things... Amongst all the endless daily routines they already have to do.

    Your work is appreciated lads!

  • ReconRick, your a dumbass! Blackhawks do have parking brakes and the wheels aren't like springs, their attached to struts. I bet the Tail Wheel lock pin wasn't engaged. It could of been chocked, but if the tail wheel wasn't locked then it could've slipped right through them once the tail boom started to turn. Probably a NG or a Reserve Unit. Ha Ha!

  • Yup! 1/140 AVN outta Los Alamitos California. NG Unit.

  • "WTF is this", i love are military

  • i am glad no one was in that. but us troops r comeing home

  • lol the ending

  • ok who the fuck didnt put on their E-brake! lmao

  • fuck... im there now.. thats insane

  • if ur gonna fly them for the marines ur gonna be flyin for sea missions. i suggest the 160th(nightstalkers) there the best in the world

  • those are my favorite helis.i want to fly one foe the marines someday and be a transprt

  • Marines do not have UH-60 the Navy has the airframe SH-60 the Marines fly an updated UH-1 Huey, Better go Airforce to fly a UH-60 (They have them too though maybe not for much longer) That is unless your going for the Hard Hura stuff then do as unitedstatesarmyrngr said and go 160th in the Army

  • LOL thats insane! I wanna fly those one day. Dreamjob

  • This was not a parking area, Irai Air Field taxi way with no tie down points, 42nd I.D. FOB Speicher

  • maybe can you tell me what is the price of blach Hawk H60 ?

    How many US $

    thx

  • Easily in the millions, I would think

But that's all I can tell you, archer

  • Looks like the hooks where the cables were bolted to the ground came out.

  • thats why you should chain it down after every flight shame on those crewchiefs

  • they weren't expecting a helicopter 4000 pounds to be pushed on some wind

  • Microburst....Thats what happend.

  • I highly doubt that, probably just strong straight line winds

  • he didnt get to say bye. ouch.

  • Ironic. May 3rd is the date of one big ass tornado here in Oklahoma.

  • One word "Chocks"

  • I got a better word "skids" much better imo

  • God Bless the USA and every freedom loving people in the USA

  • I wonder if you can still fly it.

  • probobly the landing gear on those things are rated for like 11.5 g's

  • It doesnt look like the Blackhawk is damaged. Im sure that the pilot can lift off with no trouble. Either that or they could tow it back on the airstrip somehow.

  • wu hell if he a luft ut n gear that would na fuckna moved da witdh of a nats fore skin

  • god dude you crack me up!!!!

  • I'm in the H-60 course at Eustis as I type this and with what I've learned so far, these birds are more than 14K pounds. A strong enough wind could have busted that tail wheel lock pin assembly, but then if it did those $110,000 main rotor blades would be all messed up. I'm betting the chocks weren't in place and the rear wheel got messed up as the weight came down on it going into the dirt. Poor bird, regardless. I love these helicopters. Pave Hawk mech to be here.

  • That was my old battalion. The tail wheel lockpin wasn't set or at least didn't fully engage. As I recall, chocks were used.

  • hahahahahahahaha, russians can't stand up to their own government

  • @JSR413 america needs health insurance

  • @JSR413 what are you talking about?

  • and you from?

  • I realize I'm responding to a year old comment but this was pretty funny.

Ok. UH-60 Black Hawk is made by a little company called Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, an American company. This company was founded by a guy named Igor Ivanovich Sikorsky. He sound American to you? No he was Russian, immigrated to America and became very successful. One of the biggest pioneers of helicopter aviation. Great Russian-American man who made choppers for USA.

So vladimir2277 hope you learned a thing or two.

  • Of course Blackhawks have parking brakes you fucking tool. Go back to your microsoft flight sim asshole!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Must have been the IA AG. Tornado's done followed them over.

  • lightning but no thunder, mmm, stupid seppo

  • allsaint98...did you mean parking Brake or parking breaks which is it? now who's the dickhead?

  • ReconRick...obviously you don't know what the hell you are talking about. If you were a W-2 Black Hawk pilot, then you would know according to the checklist, that in fact, you do have a parking break.

And now for the obvious choice...the tail wheel lock pin wasn't fully engaged from the last flight.

    Dickheads....

  • lol Black Hawks dont have parking brakes thouse weels are more like springs aswell so they get a good bounce so chocks are useless. - W-2 Black Hawk Pilot attached to 1st Calv.

  • so that lever in the rear middle of the lower center console between the breaker panels that says parking brake on it is a figment of my imagination??

  • It's called the parking brake wasn't set and the chocks more than likely weren't installed...

  • thats HILARIOUS! I was at Speicher but in '03. But that doesnt surprise me, since its so flat out there. that wind is hell! glad it wasnt worse.

  • its possessed by terrorest haha it trying to kill someone lol
