Transformers is awesome, but I have no plans to see this new movie, the trailers make it look like shit. So unless a friend highly recommends it to me I probably won't see it till it's out on DVD.

michael bay is a good director, technically speaking, i know that, but those movies won't last because no scenario, and relying only on sfx.

Ironically, popcorn cinema SELLS. And that's important. Sad as it seems, people just watch this stuff to unwind and turn their brains off for a couple of hours - they want FX, not an engaging story or to actually think about morals, characters etc. Anyway IMO a live action movie could never do the Transformers (G1 Transformers that is) justice. Oh, and nice video :)

This video sucks. Michael Bay is a perfectly competent action director and he is bringing the TFs to life in ways we could only imagine before! At the very least, the movie has already made for some of the finest TF toys ever released. This movie is going to be great, and we all know that the people whining about it and posting crap on Youtube are going to be in line on 7.4.7 to see it just like the rest of us.
