I think as he ages he has to change. His hair and mustache belonged to a different time and age. As any individual he matures as he ages (hopefully) and with that should come changes in his music. I do miss only the instrumental because it allows our imagination to run wild. The voices are good just different. I'd like to see his music danced. With dancers like Racheal Brice and other outstanding little knowns.

just my opinion, of course, but I liked the old Yanni a LOT more, I mean the music, this Ric guy brought him some pro vocals, but, still too "poppy" for what Yanni meant, his music used to be a lot more mystical in some way, magic Id say, Its a little hard for me to believe that the man who wrote "Felitsa", "The Marching Season", "Santorini", all those beautifull pieces, is writing (again just one man´s opinion) Rihanna-style music.
