After I posted that I bought the song, and thankfully enough, I passed. BARELY. But, you ARE correct. The painkiller solo is much more difficult than this whole song combined.
Look up the chart for it, much more difficult and the notes are more accurately placed. They had to change this one so it wouldn't be the same though, I'm not doubting their ability to chart
you could say im good at rock band guitar (can beat painkiller expert guitar 4 stars) but I don't think i can survive this song's solo.

In band quickplay you can't play the song if you have a vocalist. In single player guitar/bass/drums, the singer (in game) just stands around.

WOW GH2 version WAY better. Its more spaced out for harder dificulty and WAY more notes. BUUT WTF LOVE THE DRUMS!
