You missed too many. There are about twice as many because you can perform those kills to enemies thrown in air too for example. You don´t need to be on ground level yourself you can jump after them also.

You can ONLY do this move against the regular minotaurs, NOT THE ICE MINOTAURS. When the minotaur raises the ax over it's head, look at the color. If it is blue it WILL NOT WORK! If it is NOT BLUE, then the move at 0:30 will begin.

Try 'em out with the undead legionnaires (you know, the ones which shoot fireballs and carry a sword). Just like the one in 2:46. Just after that move (circle grab without it being mortal), press circle repeatedly to constantly grab him in the air and wack him against the floor a few times (it also damages other enemies who get hit by him, it's very useful against cyclops, which often appear along with those guys =D).
