I also just wanted to add, that I live in a completely used and abused city, that was torn up for industry from the 50's to the 70's, and then it was just abandoned. I just wanted to say, that when you walk downtown, you see about 20 HUGE buildings, and out of the entire city, the BIGGEST buildings? Merryl-Lynch, HSBC, M&T, Community this and that. All banks...it's so sad...the only thing keeping my city alive is the banks. jeez. we need a change for the better...let's hope.
