fuck yes, i cant wait to study and do hw there thank you to all those who put this together :D.... but i have to agree with the comment below...maybe they can use the old building as a shealter when this beauty is done....
If you see the kind of people that hang around the old library waiting for it to open so that they can use the toilets, washing facilities, and free internet, then it would be better to keep the old facility and spend the money on building new shelters for the homeless.
