Easy. He's using an emulator (thats why the mouse icon is there). Then he probably used either Hypercam 2 or Camtasia studio. Most likely its hypercam2 because the sound quality is really bad.

its camtasia studio, the sound quality is bad because the emulator doesnt fully emulate sound correctly yet
