@MrEsekaka Stretch marks happen when you put on fat or size too fast, when you work out your biceps for example it's gonna take some time before they get big and usually your skin adapts, hope that helps, other options to hide marks are tatoos and a good tan!

@Cheater1231000 Standing extensions are good; stand with a dumbell at 90 degrees then go from that to trying to touch the ceiling- I'm awful at articulating exercises but google "arnold press" Also; pull ups/ bent over barbell rows. If you stick them in youtube you'll get some good explanations. Try not to over-train your shoulders though; you'll be surprised how much you use them everyday... when you go to pick up a shopping back and nearly keel over >< Good luck! :)

@Alexncl yes it sounds like your diet and protein intake remeber a massive percentage of a bodybuilders ruitine is his diet!! aim to intake 35 grams of protein every 3-4 hrs. @Alexncl obtain your required nutrition and do it the right form. Your doing the same workouts as ppl that are 3 times ur size probably tells that your form isnt as good as theirs. So do it in the right form even if it requires you to drop a few weights. Increase your protein intake to 2 grams per 1kg body weight everyday and you'll see the difference. Drugs are a shortcut that leads to devasting consequences.. its wise that you do not take drugs. keep working hard

Guys like this need to inform people that these resistance bands and machines rely on you GOING SLOW. Everyone does them fast and nails a few dozen reps but it only builds lean muscle and conditions the body.
Go slow and suddenly you do 1/3 the reps you could going fast and see an inflation of primary, bulky muscle. These things work as long as you use them properly for your specific goals.
or only very little muscle mass. using a resistance band and doing the curls till failure, is the equivalent to training with low weights, at high repetition at the gym. THIS DOES NOT BUILD MASS. it will make your muscles more toned and lean after 2-3 months.
If you want to build muscle mass you need to be doing BIG weights with LOW repetitions. To build mass you need to tear muscle fibers, so they regrow larger. youre NOT doing this in the video.

@cervezero11 that "whey shit" is what your muscles need to grow and repair, its something called protein, and is used to help your muscles repair larger than before the workout, taking it is useful because it helps your muscles get the aid they need right after the workout, as that is when they are most aborbant to nutrients, protein wont just make you 'puff up' it just helps you gain muscle, if you drink/eat too much, you risk getting fatter, clearly this man does his cardio/abs to stop this.
@cervezero11 well thats actually better for you than taking protein, but only if done 100% perfectly, its like, if you can master your meals and nutrition youve got it down but protein makes it easier to do that. you dont just get fat from whey protein. if your training properly 4-5 times a week +, take your body weight in pounds, and have that amount of grams of protein per day, also try to space it out or if you have it all in one go you wont absorb it. also try get 2500+ calories a day

Guys, one question. If i want to get mass i have to do workouts with heavy weights and small amount of reps. So if i do pullups for biceps (thats 72 kilos for both hands) thats enough ?

please help. I have been doing this for about a year and its not working? I started going to the gym last year with a few friends and 1 by 1 they stopped but i never. I made new friends at the gym that are 3x bigger then me. I do the same workout as them but i dont get bigger. I know the lads at the gym are taking drugs to get big but i dont want to. Im really strong but cant get big. Anyone know why ????

@Alexncl yes it sounds like your diet and protein intake remeber a massive percentage of a bodybuilders ruitine is his diet!! aim to intake 35 grams of protein every 3-4 hrs. I just started back at a gym so let me tell you im no professional but i put on about 3-4 stone last time using this method.Its been fun seing who has grown and who is the same size after 2 years, Then i remeber iv shrunk!! NOOOOOOO!! :-))

@Alexncl obtain your required nutrition and do it the right form. Your doing the same workouts as ppl that are 3 times ur size probably tells that your form isnt as good as theirs. So do it in the right form even if it requires you to drop a few weights. Increase your protein intake to 2 grams per 1kg body weight everyday and you'll see the difference. Drugs are a shortcut that leads to devasting consequences.. its wise that you do not take drugs. keep working hard

Guys like this need to inform people that these resistance bands and machines rely on you GOING SLOW. Everyone does them fast and nails a few dozen reps but it only builds lean muscle and conditions the body.
Go slow and suddenly you do 1/3 the reps you could going fast and see an inflation of primary, bulky muscle. These things work as long as you use them properly for your specific goals.

These exercises will NOT BUILD MUSCLE MASS.
or only very little muscle mass. using a resistance band and doing the curls till failure, is the equivalent to training with low weights, at high repetition at the gym. THIS DOES NOT BUILD MASS. it will make your muscles more toned and lean after 2-3 months.
If you want to build muscle mass you need to be doing BIG weights with LOW repetitions. To build mass you need to tear muscle fibers, so they regrow larger. youre NOT doing this in the video.

@BrandonCarterTV Hey Brandon What do you think about 1 major muscle group/day, like chest and then the next day back and then the next day shoulder. I've been doing that and people were telling me that it actually gives the least result compares to 4 day split and such. So u know if you could respond, that'd be great. I actually enjoy my current workout plan, but whats ur opinion?

@cervezero11 that "whey shit" is what your muscles need to grow and repair, its something called protein, and is used to help your muscles repair larger than before the workout, taking it is useful because it helps your muscles get the aid they need right after the workout, as that is when they are most aborbant to nutrients, protein wont just make you 'puff up' it just helps you gain muscle, if you drink/eat too much, you risk getting fatter, clearly this man does his cardio/abs to stop this.

@cervezero11 well thats actually better for you than taking protein, but only if done 100% perfectly, its like, if you can master your meals and nutrition youve got it down but protein makes it easier to do that. you dont just get fat from whey protein. if your training properly 4-5 times a week +, take your body weight in pounds, and have that amount of grams of protein per day, also try to space it out or if you have it all in one go you wont absorb it. also try get 2500+ calories a day

@hugh13111311114 oh ok...Yea i think your right, I eat right but i think i need a protein boost. I weight my self a couple of days ago and i havent done that in years, turns out im 145...im only 5'6 so it's not too bad but i feel skinny but dont look skinny. I work out 4 times a day do cardio maybe 2 times a week because i try to have some rest or else ill burn out. I only eat veggies and lean meat but its not helping me gain muscle sooooo im guessing i need some help with a protein drink idk

@mattlovesguitar1 , because he didnt do these exercises to get big, use your brain. he went to the gym before but hes quit the gym now, he most probably did other exercises with weights to get big and now since hes quit the gym he does these sort of exercises to tone and maintain his muscles.
