Do I hear a "Remake" of AN but let's include the rest of the country and not only Los

Angeles. This movie basically tells of a super god race that is taken over LA but it is not only LA and they have invaded the human nature by using sexy women who are trained at killing human men, neutering human men, changing their sperm, and having alien babies and thus insuring the complete extermination of human man on Earth. Very tricky aliens. I believe we need another AN but Science Fact!

The late 80's had some great but very underrated and overlooked Sci-Fi films (The Hidden (1987), Masters of the Universe (1987), They Live (1988), DeepStar Six (1989), Crime Zone (1989) etc). Alien Nation is one of them - interesting storyline, great acting. It was like "alien" version of Lethal Weapon. Some scenes reminded me The Hidden and RoboCop. Anyway it was awesome Sci-Fi/Crime/Drama. James Caan and Mandy Patinkin did a brilliant job. Too bad they didn't make a sequel with this cast

the movie and the tv show are not really much alike, aside from the fact the newcomers are in them. the movie looks more gangsta, while the tv show is a little softer.

Yea I really enjoy this movie but I just thought of something if the Cops have trouble shooting the Aliens with their normal guns well why want they just go down to Wal - Mart buy some of those Super Soker Water Guns fill them up with ocean water and use them I mean Ocean Water kills them right, well I still love this movie ty for posting the trailer :)

Lastnight Alien Nation 1988 was playing on FX then after it was Alien Nation 2 1989 but i cant find it no where??? i found the first one in 1988 but its like the 1989 was never published?

@JettaJ1 that's because Alien Nation[1989] was a television series on FOX. It continued the storylines from the film. well, it expanded it is more like it.

no, the film was made out of the series, not the other way around like you suggested.

Fox had to cancel the series for finantial reasons but they came back with other 4 or 5 long running pieces.
