@rubbersucky123 it's simple you don't need to buy it

1. Get normal sand and spread it out in a pan or something

2. Spray scotch guard or anything water resistant over it than let it dry. Then shake it up and apply another layer than repeat till you have covered the sand 3 times

3. Tada there it is if you pour it in water it does that. If you pour water on it the water "floats" on the sand while the sand is dry

you can buy Scotchguard on Wal-Mart, Home Depot, etc. It's a spray can, used on fabric as a water repellent. Spray it on your shirt, and acts like a rain coat, is super cool

no it's not dee dee dee! IN case you didn't know, nickelodeon was selling this stuff for a while, and called it "squand" (idk why). But I had some, and it was the sand not the water. it's non polar, while water is polar, which means they will not combine.
