Do not buy this phone! I had fun in the garage after fighting with the phone for 2 yrs. I finally lost it I whipped it to the floor stomped on it and used a hammer on it,until it was in pieces. I ended up buying the new 4G Revolution. OMG what a world of difference! No longer do I have to wait for the phone to respond to my commands! It also comes with Netflix which I already have an account. I watched part of a movie while waiting for my wife at a store. With NO interruptions like :"buffering"

I Have this phone and love it, I got it about 4 months ago, well worth the money spent, oh to clarify this is a PDA phone and not a smart phone, this does more than the iPhone, and is better in my opinion but I am not an apple person. The dpad is also an optical moust that you just move your thumb over to use, works great and is what made me want this more than an iPhone, every phone should have an optical mouse!!!

I was told at Verizon that it works sort of like a joystick or an eraser head mouse they have in the middle of the keyboard on some laptops. I have a laptop like that. When I tried it in the store it didn't exactly feel like that to me though.
