@xXJKSNxWHSXx well then when my show choir sings this in May, i will make sure we sing it in an "authentic way". And whether it is accompanied by a piano or ukulele or guitar or what ever else should not matter, yes it sounds better with a ukulele and such but some places don't have access to those things, when we sing it it is with a piano.

So when any choir sings a song in a different language and they dont sound that great, it is a disgrace to that culture. just because they sang a Hawaiian song and made it fun doesn't mean they disgraced your culture. This song is supposed to be fun, don't make a big about it. This is what show choir is for, to entertain.

I absolutely hate this song. The composer mixed sacred with contemporary which is awful and offensive. From a music majors stand point, the enunciation of the words was nice, and pitch and rhythm seemed to be in tune. Nice work. Thanks for not butchering the words.
