Boris Moiseev is popular all over Russia because hes differen't, his music has some sort of magical sensation when you listen to it. Not all of his songs, but some out there. He IS TALENTED, his voice may not be powerful but its really erotically sexy ♥ When people like me listen to his music, were like damn! This is amazing! Non russian people just dont understand. :P
