I saved myself easily 5 hours a week just getting graphics done for me on fiverr. What's funny is that the graphics done by my outsourcer are 10 times better than what I used to produce.
I jump into out sourcing a couple of weeks ago,I had my eBook cover and website header made for me. It save me so much time because O really such at Photoshop.
I found it has opened a hold new world of possibility to me. It was a great experience to get a really nice cover made, the way I wanted it. It only cost me $5 to get it done.

I took this advice a while ago and got my feet wet with 99Designs,com.
This was a great way to try outsourcing in a fire walled environment of one project at a time.
