A few days ago we went into Walmart, and we saw these cheap little baby toys called, Bouncing Babblers or something like that. Either way, if you waved a hand or moved in front of them, they'd start bouncing and fake-giggling! It was hilarious, especially when my sister sprinted past them with her hand up in front of an employee by accident!
