It's geographic. European civilizations, from the beginning, had more opportunity and more incentive to explore and to build ships and sail. Therefore they became interconnected and advanced at a more rapid rate than Africans, etc. This lead to colonialism. If black people had lived in Europe and white people had lived in Africa, it would have been the other way around.
"Black people" and "white people"... do you know why they exist? Blacks exist because their skin is evolved to handle the harsh sunlight in Africa. Whites have different skin because they come from the cooler regions of Europe.
If their geographic location was reversed, so would their skin be as well and blacks would still be from African and whites would still be from Europe.
Skin tone is just one of many examples of how races are different. Physical equality is a lie.

I think while poor blacks probably proportionally commit crime at a little higher rate (not by much) than poor whites (generally because poor blacks are worse off) incarceration rates are much higher for black offenders. It's also that most black criminals are caught due to constant police surveillance of black communities while many white criminals are not caught and are still roaming free.
Notice they don't match that "The Color of Crime" essay (written by David Duke) and misinterpreted couple of DOJ links that racists like to commonly cite? The crime rates are pretty proportional to population size overall. Part of the disproportions that do exist are because many white offenders are let go or given light sentences while most black petty offenders are given long sentences.

If Obama was Hispanic or Asian or female, a vast majority would have voted the same way. Another fact is that blacks traditional vote Dem anyway. People didn't say blacks voted because of race when Dukakis, Gore, and Kerry got over 90% of the black vote and these men were white. Republicans have done it to themselves in not getting black support. Palin's exclusiveness was an issue.

Republicans have pushed too much with states rights and small government. Blacks don't want to pay a lot taxes and have the government control their lives that was done for 300 years under slavery. Obama would have still won without the black population. He would have won 278 electoral votes. He would not have won Virginia 40% white vote, NC-35% of white vote, Florida-42% of the white vote, Ohio-46% of the white vote, Indiana-45% of the white vote-Hispanics would have narrowly given him wins in the states that make up 278. He would have won by 1/2 % in Pennsylvania because Obama got 48% of the white vote versuses McCains 50%-Latino's would have tipped him.

This seems to explain the concerted efforts by some states to purge voters who they have claimed should not vote. Thousands of people who should have been able to vote were purged and later we find out that they were purged incorrectly because of name inconsistencies like Pat instead of Patrick, and hyphenated names.

Add to that the fact that he was raised by white people & there's even more "white points". It's geographic. European civilizations, from the beginning, had more opportunity and more incentive to explore and to build ships and sail. Therefore they became interconnected and advanced at a more rapid rate than Africans, etc. This lead to colonialism. If black people had lived in Europe and white people had lived in Africa, it would have been the other way around.

"Black people" and "white people"... do you know why they exist? Blacks exist because their skin is evolved to handle the harsh sunlight in Africa. Whites have different skin because they come from the cooler regions of Europe.
If their geographic location was reversed, so would their skin be as well and blacks would still be from African and whites would still be from Europe.
Skin tone is just one of many examples of how races are different. Physical equality is a lie.

Sure, geography had a lot to do with it. But so did the international political and economic setup of Europe through the middle ages & renaissance, which were functions of human decision, not chance.
I think the important thing to remember is that Europe's hegemony does not indicate intellectual superiority. And one could argue that achieving it actually cost them everything on the moral plane.

Capitalism is just king of the hill. Whoever has the best resources usually comes out on top. Seeing as this is America, and all races are entitled to equal opportunity, the only way to give them opportunity is by creating programs to help them.

If you look at white collar crime, you'll see that whites commit by far the most. Because that's the milieu that's available to *them*.

I wouldn't even necessarily say that. I think while poor blacks probably proportionally commit crime at a little higher rate (not by much) than poor whites (generally because poor blacks are worse off) incarceration rates are much higher for black offenders. It's also that most black criminals are caught due to constant police surveillance of black communities while many white criminals are not caught and are still roaming free.

Notice they don't match that "The Color of Crime" essay (written by David Duke) and misinterpreted couple of DOJ links that racists like to commonly cite? The crime rates are pretty proportional to population size overall. Part of the disproportions that do exist are because many white offenders are let go or given light sentences while most black petty offenders are given long sentences.

Maybe you should check out Kerry's percentage of the black vote in 2004. It was still around 90%. I'm sure blacks voting overwhlmingly for a white liberal proves they are racist. Not to mention the fact that almost all blacks think Michael Steele is a joke.

Some people seem to think that when black people went into the voting booth they had a vanilla and a chocolate milkshake picture, and all the black people picked the chocolate. To assumme that all black people don't pay attention to the issues is sad. Most black people always vote for the Democrat. Oh and I know Chirs Rock made it sound more funny :)

Some people voted for Obama because he was black and they wanted to witness history, some voted based on his policies, some voted for him because of the man he seems to be and what he stands for...there are many different reasons as to why one would vote for him. You can say the same thing about some of the white people that voted for McCain just because of Sarah Palin...the woman stood for nothing and came acrossed very ignorant when it came to world views, yet they voted for her. Who cares if more black people came out and voted for Obama? Obama got a lot of people energized, a lot of people got more interrested in politics...Obama got some white people that have never voted before to come out and vote. There has been 43 white Presidents before Obama and I dont ever hear people complaining about blacks voting for him. Obama could not have won the election soley on the black vote, he needed people of all races to vote for him.
