1) Select a preset (no sound will trigger until you do)

Press the virtual keys on the screen

2) Click the virtual keyboard on the screen. No sound- then it's a soundcard/audio settings problem. If that works but your keyboard doesn't...

3) Check you MIDI controller cable connects then make sure the correct MIDI device is selected in settings for the SampleMoog.
