I think some of them have different levels of shifting, I think the more inbred they are the more shifting they are capable of because of the stronger original bloodline. However some who have a less stronger original bloodline have less shifting abilities. There maybe some that have very strong bloodlines, those I don't think would be seen on TV or out in public.

So this is just my guess, I've researched a bit into this, though it's not entirely clear to me.

If im not mistaken, arteries carry oxygenated (red) blood from the heart to the body and veins lead back to the heart, unoxygenated (being bluish) yes, if you cut your arm open in space chances are you'd see blue blood, if it didnt freeze instantly.

Modern mobile phones have GPS. Modern cars include Sat-nav. Whether we have an RFID chip is irrelevant as we can easily be monitored today.

Beyond the odd coloration and the wandering eye in the beginning, I think the eye flip is most certainly closer to proof than a lot of these videos on here are.
