chuang-tzu is the best fucking thing i've ever read in my life. mad props to vinnie! translations are VERY immortant when it comes to the 3 core books of taoism (4 if you count the i ching). the only decent translation is by burton watson. chuang predates lao tzu. the book of chuang is ridden with forgeries and contradictions, due to its age, but is regardless the greatest plainly philosphical writing of any human being, ever (hegel, neitzsche, plato & the vedas notwithstanding) .
