Ebay is now going to make sellers refund buyers even if you clearly state in your auction no refunds. Ebay's new money back policy will drive more sellers out because buyer can now get free stuff. Simply buy something use it then say it doesn't match auction description then get your money back. Some cases buyer will not be required to return item to seller.

use GeeeWhiz for feedbacks, it's totally free and open to any eBay sellers. You can black list any eBay buyer on there!

You know I am sick and tired of you idiots who take out your frustration on the sellers instead of on ebay! Some sellers have no choice but to keep using ebay b/c of their business needs. Ok-two things make me think that you are not a reasonable person.

1.) To succesfully resolve any dispute, both sides must be willing to communicate and find an amicable solution. You simply shut down this alleged communication without entertaining any real discussion of facts.

2.) Your primitive behavior (use of foul language) further shows your inability to use reason or to communicate effectively.

What in the world is wrong with you? This solves nothing! By taking our advice we screw the sellers and lower ourselves to the level of petty thieves! The issue is not with the sellers - it is with ebay! How would you feel if you were one of those sellers that gets stuck by someone like yourself? Get it together granny - protest ebay and its practices not its sellers. Your comments make me think you are part of the problem that brings these things about.

Sure ebay will probably oust me (small seller)78w/100fb but why would any other site do it cheaper and it would be short if they did. Seems like paypal and ups gets a good chunk not to mention buying anything bulk that goes through customs from China. Remember before ebay? Classified and Trader papers. Go check their prices, whew!
