I don't think Cena is the GM. I mean, think about it. Do you remember when John Cena was in the ring with Wade Barrett, and the GM sent an email telling Cena to make a truce with Barrett. It's silly, and y'know the sad part is, is that Cena is a very athletic guy, but WWE just watered him down, used a generic formula, so that in every town he goes too. The crowd reacts to those 5 moves, and of course they haven't seen it live. Think about a rock band, playing the same song, but thing is this isn't music.
