Hey John Schnatter I got an idea why don't let your customers know that the "delivery charge" you charge does not go to the delivery driver? So that the customer does not think that the tip is included and not tip the drivers. Oh that's right the "delivery charge" is there as an excuse for Corporate Papa Johns to get a portion of the delivery drivers tip money he would have received had there not been a "delivery charge". Thanks John Schnatter!!!!

@huckster699 most of it does go to the driver because every time you choose deliver us , the drivers get a comission plus tip , normally 1 dollar or so per pizza we deliver that comition comes out of the delivery charge , i know this becuse i am a driver at papa johns

@lepardgecko120 I've been a delivery driver for 10 years. The delivery charge is not a tip for the driver. I don't know if you work for a franchise Papa johns or Corporately owned one but if you work for a corporately owned one just read the box. It says there in small print that the delivery charge is not a tip for the driver. The dollar or so they pay you per delivery is for gas/ware n tear on your car. The delivery charge is completely separate from that.  It Does not go to the driver.

@lepardgecko120 It goes towards insurance Papa johns needs for their drivers. What Papa Johns has now done in my state since minimum wage has went up is that they have made us part of the TIP Credit system, which means we get payed minimum wage when we are in the store and 4 something an hour when we are on deliveries. When they did this PJ's sent out a memo acting like they were doing us a favor by paying us minimum wage when we are inside. The thing is were on the road most of the time.

I love the taste of Papa Johns pizza. The crust is great, not at all greasy. The toppings are great - I usually go for the roma tomatoes and baby portabella mushrooms with light cheese. I like that I can order online - it's quick and easy. I'm about to do that right now! :)

I'm a mother of 5 and a full time student, so often times dinner is the mistery question of the day. If it were not for Papa Johns yummy taste, full menu, and unmatchable prices, my kids and I wouldn't have any family time.

Hey John Schnatter, I watched the Superbowl, ...your commercial went to the website to win 1 free year of pizza, watched you on You Tube several times, and you asked we post comments to be eligible for the 1 free year deal. My comment is that Papa Johns has improved it's formula, and it has improved it's customer relations incredibly by owning "publicly" that you could and would improve yourselves. My town of about 12000 people has 10+ places that I can get pizza, but Papa John's is sadly not one of them. I often drive the 1/2 hour JUST to get your awesome pizza. To me it's WELL WORTH THE TRIP! Thank you Papa John for your committment to quality and for saving me a couple buck on the free toppings :-) You continue to prove why there is no such thing as too far to drive to get Papa John's.

Changing the recipes huh? You mean the same way you keep changing your garlic sauce. You know what, I first tasted Papa Johns garlic sauce back in the early 90s and fell in love with it.

You litter ally revolutionized pizza condiments, and then you took what was creamy heaven in your mouth that melted like buttery deliciousness and changed it into cheap garlic flavored oil, I shortly quite eating Papa Johns. I recently heard it has changed once again. Well, I'm going to give it a chance again.

i live 1. 5 miles from papa johns less then 4 mins but they can't deliver to me but pizza hut does. i prefer papa johns but being a disabled vet i can't drive so i settle with pizza hut. If someone from papa johns reads this please do something about this as the local manager will not.
