The baton twirling warm ups are terrible in this video..

ALWAYS have a full grip on that weapon..

@DaExecutioner13 if you don't know, the teacher is Kobi Lichtenstein, he was trained by the one and the only Imi Lichtenfeld, and Kobi was one of the few people (which were the best of the best after Imi itself) choosen by Imi to spread Krav Maga trough the world, in this case in South America.

I was on that training. We were not police trainees, we were krav maga students that attended ( payed ) for the training. The place was realy bad, but the training was excellent!

mosy martial arts have similar techniuqes - they all go for dodge, take oponent off balance and secure them.. some like karate you kick sever sorts out of them... i personally think every one in the country should be issued one... less chance of street crime because everyone who sees you will flick it open and have a crack at you lol
