Somehow, Tails seems to be the biggest improvement between the games. I dont know why, but I really enjoy having him around for the game and he is actually helpful.
So, what do you think? Better quality than my video review of the original. A bit shorter and sweeter too! Not to mention this video has the option of going into high quality! Of course, you can't really tell considering it's only a 16-bit game.... :-P
