it hurts without grips but really look back to the early 90's even later no1 ever used grips if some1 fell it was a personal problem i use grips but i didnt always and not using grips is a personal choice

You can do grips without giants many gymnast do. I would not reccomend it, but some coaches prefer it. Good job sweetie! Be careful not to regrip if you dont make it, instead turn out and land in pit.
tell her coaches that they are putting her at a possible risk of death with no grips. i would know, i did a cast hand, swung down without grips and let go and got lucky and dint break my neck.

Ok, let me tell you something.
I train with a world-class coach who has been to the olympics 3 times, Burch.
And, you didn't have to make such a big deal about what is true and what YOU are being ignorant to.
You are obviously not a gymnast, and the reason they invented Pixie Grips is to fit small hands.
I hope you realize it is rude to say other people are ignorant if they really aren't.

She's very good for her age, but there is no way that she is level 7 or 8... her cast has no form whatssoever. maybe level 5 or 6?
