this is a very nice video. :D now im gonna get this product. cuz i am going to friends often and then we can watch video and all that at their home on their pc or mine :)
Very informative and great video; needs more views.
But there's one gripe at 02:30 - "Plus, if your NAS has two or more hard drives installed, it can be set to automatically copy the contents of one hard drive onto the others. That means that the files on your NAS are backed up at all times."
...Disk mirroring is NOT backing up. 02:17-02:29 IS backing up however. Disk mirroring (RAID 1 and similar) only makes it so that IF one hard drive fails, you can still have continuous access to ur files.
Yes disk mirroring r(raid 1) is for high availability, not backup. This however could be talking about syncing one disk to another and then possibly removing that disk and storing it in your Bank vault, along with the jewels. Offsite storage in case your house/Business burns down. Spit in the face of your Mafia protector
Seams complicated....

I get what you are saying.
It should say " the files on your first hard disk are backed up at all times" to the second disk.
However this video is not for you or me, it's for my mom! And she would never understand if it got too complicated!
