I highly doubt there is Alien Testing at Area 51. It's a weapon testing base. They keep a lot of things secret in Area 51, thought. Like that nuclear testing area, it angers me that we are still testing nukes and weapons of mass destruction. Also, this may be off topic, but the US Gov released information about a new jet that looks a lot like a UFO and they look like they have been testing it for a long time. But anyways, I don't think they would do Alien tests in nevada, maybe somewhere else?

Those big circles are crops and they are way outside of area 51 in Rachel, NV. Nothing mysterious about circular crops. They are easier to irrigate.

These crops are just a couple of blocks from The Little Ale'E'Inn off The Extraterrestrial Hwy. Look it up on Google Maps in sattelite view.

Those circles are called pivot irrigation, notice that the ground around the circle looks dry and most of the circles are green. Its not a conspiracy people have been irrigating for hundreds of years now

I just went on Google Earth and measured one of the circles-it was 875 yards in diameter. Then I went into street view-there is a road right next to the circles, named "extraterrestial highway" and nothing is growing in there. It is all desert. I think they put the circles there to censor whatever is underneath them.

they are just fields, because its so dry they have them circular so that the water spray goes round and round on a metal pole which you can see on the videos.

Don't listen to OnlineMusicReviews, he doesn't know a damn thing except what he's seen in movies. The US President is known in the military as the CINC, short for Commander-in-Chief. Because that's he he was, the CINC of all US military offices. However, security clearances work independent of rank. If the President had a clear "need to know" about the existence of Area 51 or any operations ongoing there, he would be briefed appropriately. The US isn't run by Generals, not even the military is.

Only if there was a good, clear, line of reason for why he should be there, or briefed on any of its activities (being the President doesn't necessarily cut it). Security clearances don't just work on levels, in other words you can have a Top Secret clearance but that doesn't automatically give you access to everything that is classified as high as Top Secret. You need to demonstrate /why/ you need this information in reference to your work.
