from closing a gate of oblivion you get a sigil stone and you can enchant an item with it

u know, ur bow is enchanted, but it will run out of charges after a certain number of uses, u can always recharge is at the mages guild in bruna or bruma or watever its called. thers a guy ther that recharges items

He cant fast travel in sewers caves and such places .He can fast travel in open areas
