I find my eggs cook better if I pierce the end with a pin before I cook them. The shells fall right off. This separates the shell from the membrane when cooking. Learned it from a Pierre Franey book.  It works.

The filling is always smooth and creamy for me when I use a fork. But then again, No one said you're suppose to mash the bare yolk like a potato anyways, You mix the yolk with the remaining ingredients. I never get dry greenish yolk by walking away without a timer. And actually, The term boiled is misleading. You simmer them and stop once the boil starts.

Ok now listen Youtube: I take my eggs and poke a tiny hole in the bottom, that prevents them from cracking! Then I put them in the boiling water for 9 minutes and 37 seconds, though that depends on how big the eggs are. Then I take them out, put them in cool (not ice) water for 20-30 seconds, peel them and TADAA perfect eggs.

pour hot water n low heat,

10 min plus, drain the water,add tap water to cool it.

u can peel the eggs in a few minutes later.
