Think what could have happened if this guy knew what he was doing- or worse, actually used the tank's cannon. If the police couldn't have stopped him, they would have probably had to take him out with rocket launchers or air-to-ground missiles.

Just to clear it up for everyone. His name was Shawn Nelson and he was high on Meth. He was a Vet with base clearance. If anyone is interested see the documentary called "Culdesac, a suburban war story" It's a great film that shows the before and after of his life. The guy even thought he was going to strike gold in his own backyard! He was truly nuts!
