Nope. With a melee weapon there are 2 ways to attack.

Left button (default button) makes you slash.

Right Click makes you stab or thrust it.

My EXP:

G36e = 3 shot kill

S1+G36e = 4 shot kill (lower recoil)

S3+G36e = 3 shot kill (almost invisible bullets)

instead of buying a gun and adding silence, but the previous stated gun before it.

g36e+S1 silencer = AUG

Ak silenced = g36e

About the SCAR, why is the recoil a con? In the video it looked like the SCAR had literally almost no recoil and seemed super accurate for a gun without a scope.

Well it seems the recoil is increased. It doesnt have the same recoil as the M4A1 which has like absolute no recoil. You can use it as a sniper. The recoil of the SCAR goes up, up , up. Not really straight.
