Get a job, learn a skill, (running a home camcorder is not a skill) learn some history, do something to help someone instead of grandstanding and trying to be in the limelight. Look to be of service in your community while you search for work. No, provoking petty inferior court judges is not thought provoking it is assine.

It is interesting how the judge acts towards the defendant and the camera man. He does not excuse himself but rather barks "hold on a second...". He must imagine that it's HIS courtroom. What your video shows(as well as many others) the proof that was said would happen if corporal punishment was taken out of school. And parents were not allowed to whip their kids. Anytime, anywhere they needed it.

Another option would be to bring a bunch of cameras and position them so that you get all parts of the room, with overlapping angles. If he were to ask why you set up so many cameras, you could explain that it is the only way to get all of the action without panning.

Looking at the American flag in that court room you probably will not be covered under Constitutional law in there, I have read some about the subject (not extensively), if what I have read is correct, the law becomes whatever the judge says it is, because a gold fringed flag means that room/area is an enclave under martial law.

It's ridiculous that such a petty matter even needs to be addressed. I can *almost* understand the ban of relocating a camera setup as it may be distracting [rolls eyes], but panning?!?! Gimme a break! I often wondered why it requires numerous law makers to work full time thinking of and writing new laws.
