Multiple targets get bloodlusted ( rather than just the targeted unit ) I think priority order is hero then creeps.

It's a collided map. A collided map is a DOTA map that has been hacked, added cheat codes. Players will not download the map if they join a map that is collided because it's COLLIDED. Collided maps only works 1.22 and below. So update your stupid Warcraft!
