Not really. Stewart Lee is funnier altogether, but Rob tries to educate much more. His stand up these days is a mix of down to earth stand up and educational lectures.

Mark Thomas is funnier though.

@LaughingPsycho Newman is still going, I saw him a couple of years back on the Bill Bailey 'Part Troll' (tour I think it was) though he now tends to do more writing than stand up. I do agree though, for me Newman was the better of the two...
